I’m Hazel Carter-Showell, a business psychologist and coach who’s spent 30 years working with Chief Executives, Senior Civil Servants, and senior leaders across Whitehall and three Parliaments. My coaching focuses on the whole person — who you are professionally, personally, and socially. Together, we create protected time to think deeply about your leadership, your relationships, and how you make meaning through change.

I specialise in endings — those moments when one chapter closes and another begins — and help leaders navigate the emotions, decisions, and identity shifts that come with transition. My work draws on psychology, systemic constellations, and family systems to help you see patterns, rewrite outdated narratives, and restore balance.

I bring humour, humanity and hard-won experience from a life that’s been anything but simple. I’m comfortable with complexity, power, and vulnerability — and I’ll walk alongside you, holding space for both courage and uncertainty.
